Strawberry Almond Butter Smoothie

We can’t get enough of this creamy, sweet and healthy drink

There’s something about smoothies that makes them almost irresistible, and this Strawberry Almond Butter Smoothie is no exception! It’s is a perfect on-the-go breakfast that’s still packed with nutrients and flavour to start your day off right.

Serves: 2


4 ice cubes
8 ounces strawberries*
1 cup chilled unsweetened soy milk or almond milk
2 tablespoons smooth almond butter


Put ice cubes into a blender and blend until crushed. Add berries, soymilk and almond butter and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

*You can substitute 1 cup frozen (not thawed) whole strawberries for the fresh berries. Leave out the ice if you use frozen berries.
